Personal Valuables

I understand that Arizona Joint Specialty Center is not responsible for lost personal belongings and valuables and that family members or friends should be asked to take home money, jewelry and clothing or I should request that these items be placed in a safe place (locker). I also understand that I should inform the staff if I have dentures, eyeglasses, contact lenses, prosthetics or other items that I need to retain close by for personal functioning and to assure safekeeping.
